A trip to Washington D.C...

Last Saturday our whole group went to Washington D.C. We divided up into groups according to where we are going overseas, so 6 of us ate at a Greek restaurant (the closest thing we could find to Macedonian food) Jeff and I will not be lacking in tasty food! We saw the changing of the guards in Arlington Cemetary and the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, etc.... We walked a lot and then some more! It was a fun day and eye-opening to see how many internationals live in our nation's capital. There really are opportunities all around us to impact the world!

We only have 2 weeks left now here in Viginia and time is flying! It is starting to "sink in" that we will be in Macedonia in a little over a month! Right now, we are really looking forward to the times with family and friends in the coming weeks to celebrate Christmas and New Years. Please continue to pray that our visas get approved and arrive on time (in God's timing). Thank you!
