Today, Jeff hiked up the mountian in town and this cross sits at the top. It is a controversial cross because the government paid a lot of money to put it up a few years back, and Macedonia is known for being very poor. Also, muslim Albanians make up about 30% of the country. It is lit up at night and you can see it from almost everywhere in the city. Pray for the Albanians who are fasting during Ramadan now. Also, pray for relations between Macedonians and Albanians which are strained.

Jeff Hikes up Vodno
Today, Jeff hiked up the mountian in town and this cross sits at the top.
