Today is a holiday here- - it is the Old New Year. It also marks our one year anniversary in Macedonia! How exciting and very hard to believe! We have learned a lot and experienced the four seasons as well as different seasons in our hearts. We give God all the glory for getting us this far and for being a steady Rock when we are far from it. Our favorite moments over the past year are (in no particular order):
-meeting new friends and being able to talk to them in understandable Macedonian
-passing a few language tests, and even getting to skip some levels
-Jeff turning 30 and Amy still being in her 20's
-seeing the Bible study on Tuesday nights grow, and a leader emerging
-starting the women's study and knowing that God put it together
-traveling in Macedonia and to Greece, Bulgaria, and Serbia for meetings and fun
-getting a car and saying goodbye to buses and taxi's
-Easter and Christmastime and the opportunities that we had to share
Thank you for being there through it all and for praying and caring about us and the Macedonians. We look forward to all that God has in store!
