Time gets put into perspective when you start celebrating the same holidays each year. This year, Picnic Day came quick (not sure what the real holiday is called!). It was a beautiful day- -the most perfect one of the year weather-wise. We spent about 10 hours in a friend's back yard just talking and eating and playing dodge ball. Fun day! Here are some pictures:
This is an Easter tradition here and I guess it continues for a whole week until all the eggs are gone. The kids are breaking eggs together. The thought is that the person who has the egg that doesn't break has good luck, or something to that effect.
