Today Lenche, our neighbor, came over and taught me how to make Popolni Piperki (Stuffed Peppers in the Macedonian way) We had a good time sweating it out in the hot kitchen and of course eating them afterwards! My cooking skills are getting better now that I have to make everything from scratch. Come over and I'll show you! : )

Macedonian Cooking 101
