One for the Record Books

Today is St. Nikolas day- -the patron saint of Prilep. To celebrate, the city decided they would try to beat the world record for the most Sarma (stuffed cabbage leaves) ever. Well, they had 80,000 of the little things and they were going like hot-cakes. I tried to get some, but got tired of being pushed around. I ended up with some beans instead. Oh well. Here are some pictures of the big event.
